End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Ladakh Tempo regarding the use of the Ladakh Tempo Driver App. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Ladakh Tempo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for the purpose of providing transportation services through the platform. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the app in any manner.

To use the app, you must be a registered driver with a valid license, vehicle registration certificate, and insurance policy. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Failure to provide accurate details may result in termination of your access to the platform.

By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of your personal and vehicle information, including but not limited to name, address, date of birth, email, mobile number, vehicle details, and financial transactions. This information will be used for verification, trip management, payments, and compliance with applicable laws. The app may also collect location data for navigation and ride allocation purposes. Your mobile number and vehicle details will be shared with passengers for trip coordination.

You agree to accept ride requests fairly and to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner while providing transportation services. You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle in a roadworthy condition, complying with all local transportation laws, and ensuring passenger safety. Any form of misconduct, fraudulent activity, or breach of the platform’s policies may result in the termination of your access to the service.

Drivers will receive payments for rides based on the fare structure set by Ladakh Tempo. The platform may deduct commissions, service charges, or applicable taxes from the earnings. Payment transactions will be processed through the app and disbursed to the driver’s registered bank account. The company reserves the right to modify the fare structure, commission rates, and payout schedules at any time.

You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent transactions, harassing passengers, carrying illegal goods, or using another person’s identity to register. Any violations may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account.

Ladakh Tempo is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the app. The app is provided on an as-is basis without any warranties. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for any technical failures, connectivity issues, or service downtimes. Drivers are solely responsible for their actions, vehicle conditions, and adherence to local laws.

Ladakh Tempo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activities, or failure to comply with applicable laws. Drivers may also request account deactivation by contacting customer support.

Ladakh Tempo may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing the EULA periodically.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Leh, Ladakh.
